The other day I decided to see what I had in a couple of my shoeboxes that I'd not looked in for some time. I was delighted to find some "gems" from my earliest ship photography days (which I am featuring elsewhere on TEESSHIPS). Shortly afterwards I then found this photo, which I must admit I had been wondering for a long time where had I put it?! I think I have a second companion view somewhere which I might yet find and post to this page.

ANTONIOS MICHALOS, Greece, 2937gt, completed W. Gray & Co. Ltd., Hartlepool, 10-1943, ex Burnhope-60, ex Empire Seaman-46. In port damaged 4.1968, 1968 broken up.

It was, of course, through her birthplace being at Hartlepool that qualifies her for this section of my website.
